Goober collects and maintains account records for all Rider profiles. Information provided to Goober includes but may not be limited to Rider name, mobile phone number, and payment methods. This information is used for the sole purpose of Goober operations and providing the best service possible to customers, including for the payment of these services. User information is securely stored by and will not be sold or used for any purpose outside of performing the company’s duties and operations as outlined in the Term and Conditions applicable to the use of the Goober Mobile Application. Information obtained by Goober will not be used by any outside sources for marketing, sales, or any use other than that of Goober’s business operations. Information provided by Riders is at the Rider’s discretion. Riders may not be have full access to utilize all of the Goober Mobile Application features if the information provided is less than required information. 

Goober issues text messages and relevant operational updates via the Goober Mobile Application and standard messaging processes to phone numbers provided by users during the creation of their accounts. These updates and notices are sent from Goober or their agents to registered users and will be sent to offer promotional information or in the event of a change in real-time information. Updates to this Privacy Policy and Goober Terms and Conditions will be provided via the Goober Mobile Application and will be required to be accepted to continue use of the Goober Mobile Application. 

By creating a Rider Profile, Riders acknowledge they are at least 18 years of age or older. Goober does not take any responsibility for profile information or the storing and use thereof by Rider and potential Users not meeting this requirement.
